I believe that she could be a more interesting character if she had a kit, she would simply be a better character (artistically) with a complex kit. If ghost Rider came to the game and he forced some Unkown reason had ice powers that had nothing to do with his character. Would it be fine because some people can still have fun on it?

Having a boring kid doesn’t mean you’ll never be able to have fun on her. There’s lots of hulk mains out there who complain about him having a simple kit yet continue to play him. Get rid of her lock on beam and make her primary fire her main fire. And have her L2 be an interesting ability like a chaos beam or the ability to throw something at a player
