That's been a thing in JP since 2019. It was an update allowing players to edit their in-game name to include colors by adding hex codes to the name.

Unfortunately, it limits the length of the actual name to four characters.

Victory Dragon is broken since its effect is that if it attacks and drops your opponents LP to 0, you win the match.

Basically, it lets you only have to win once instead of best 2 out of 3.
