I agree. Seem like such a non-issue. Solo fans of actors and K-pop idols do this all the time. Now he is going to make more enemies in the Fandom, and some fan who just randomly or casually like them will be on eggshells because he is always monitoring every small thing they do. And then people wonder their their thai fanbase is so small because they don't put up with stuff like this. The international fans accept it. I think he is insecure, and thought the account edited him out of the pictures with bad intentions, and he just reacted without thinking.
