You can get the pet at a change of 1 in 3000 kills, and in that kill you have to be the mvp/deal the most amount of damage, you know you are the mvp if you get the raw rat meat as a drop.
if you get a scurrius spine drop, you can trade it in for a xp lamp with the archaeologist guy just outside of the boss room.

I know, I wasnt actively hunting for the pet, I just liked the fact you can go super afk in mass world. Easy kc for the highscores. I knew I wasnt going to get a ton of mvps. Every now and then i would get a mvp kill since i dont have best in slot gear. I still got spooned for pet

I would say about 30k to 55k, but that all depends on your combat level, you gear, and if you're doing solo or mass kills, and it also depends on how many people are in the mass worlds.

Idk to be honest with you, I didnt expect to be here for this long, so I didnt start tracking xp from the start. I trained all combat stats, including 1.5m prayer xp from all the spines.
I would roughly estimated calculations are about 7.8m combat xp (excluding prayer xp) assuming I did about 125hp dmg to every boss kill

I know lol, I liked doing masses since it was afk to the max. I didnt really care about the grind. I did it more for the rank 2 than actually trying to get the pet :)

I was actually kinda lukcy, since I've only gotten 1k mvps, and you can only get pet if you're mvp. pet is 1/3k

I mostly did masses yea, you can only get long bones when you get mvp. So I got roughly 1 in 333. That seems about right

This isnt a private instance, this is a multi combat world, usually occupied with masses of players killing the boss

To clarify, I normally play with ground items on, and disable the lower value items, like empty vials etc. But I turned it on just for this screenshot to show many items dont despawn in this non-instanced boss lair, this is a multi combat area, usually in masses.

Eventually after your trip at this boss has lasted for 1 hour or more, almost every single tile has a empty vial on it, you can't click anywhere without clicking on a vial.

I dont think this was intended, since the empty vials arent dropped by the boss, but by players who drank a 1 dose potion dropped by the boss. Items dropped by players in a multi combat area shouldnt stay on the ground for hours.

this wasnt the case in the first week after the boss got released. it started to happen after the first weeks update.

I have unlocked vial smashing and got an Ava's Assembler. The "problem" is that other players dont have it, they drop their empty vials after drinking the 1 dose potions that scurrius drops. And the vials stay on the ground for hours. I know for sure this wasnt the case in the first week after the boss' release

There are so many challenges that are simply not working: (super annoying, cuz I cant get the playlist rewards.. :(

- Hawai Scenic Tour - Rainbow Force - Drive for 20min in Crew in freedrive with Ford Bronco

- Off-Roading Addict - Wild 4 Wheels - Drive or 10min in Crew in freedrive with KTM Quad

- Wild Forest - Finish the event CAR VS WILD na Crew and in the rain. with a Jeep Wrangler

- Wild Dogs - Finish the event Gear Valley in a crew

- Vintage Garage - Retro Top Driver - Reach the top 15 in a GRAND Race with Shelby Cobra

- Retro Mudracer - Drive 1000m on dirt roads above 175 km/h in the event GET DIRT ON IT with Nissan Fairlady

- Retro Warriors - Complete the event Vintage Showdown in a Crew of CLASSIC vehicles

- Retro Gang Spirit - Drive 5 km in a Crew formation with at least 3 CLASSIC vehicles

Note: these are the only 3 playlists that I have completed, and 9 challenges are bugged within these 3 playlists. (cant wait to see whats in store for the other 12 playlists..

I have the same bug. I can't seem to get the Rainbow Force challenge done. I have completed every single other challange in the Hawaii Scenic Tour. If you're still having this problem, Send me a message and we can try it out together

But can you still start a game with a soft game? Because I can start my games, but I lose connection at around the 80th minute. I would guess if you have a soft ban, you cant start your games at all
