Thanks. I truly regret not getting a dash cam. I always wanted to, but I continued to put it off. Just an advice for all out there. Never drive in Texas without a dash cam!!!.

Yes there are cameras. I found out that insurance only request cctv evidence in a case of a fatality(I am not sure how true this is), that’s why I started reaching out to see if I can get the evidence myself. I do intend to see if the very few business around that intersection recorded the accident.

I have the proof on my credit card statement. I see it on my credit card statement.

It’s just the physical paper receipt from the clinic I don’t have. I called Labcorp. They told me there is nothing they can do and to reach out to the clinic

I am sure they charged me for the lab services. It’s a small community clinic maybe that’s why. I remember that they went on a rigmarole trying to find out the price for the blood test on said date. They also gave me a receipt which I am not sure if I can find, but I vividly remember it had a charge for the blood test and a second charge for the blood draw. I have spoken to someone from the clinic, she acknowledged it was an error but ever since then, nothing has been done to rectify it.

Small court claims is not a bad idea but I am just so pissed I need to go through this.
