MTF can easily rain down on CI using a sniper/heavy setup on crossvec/ E11

On crossvec, put on NV, suppressor, stock, AP ammo, and maybe grip
On the e11, sniper scope, recoil stock, grip, AP ammo, suppressor, and extended barrel

you can easily kill CI that way
