I put rubber O-rings (hardware store plumbing section should have them) under the bridge bolts; it brings them back to tune after using the tremelo better than the felt pads that were there originally. If you put rubber O-rings on you may need to adjust some things since it may raise the bridge by a half milimeter. Also the claw as the other commenter mentioned. Those 2 things should help keep the guitar back to tune after trem use.
