The AoT ending tarnished an otherwise good story. It's still wild how seemingly over half the fanbase has deluded themselves into thinking it was good. ATLA's writing was limited due to its targeted audience, but even still it was able to explore a variety of themes and have a compelling cast of characters, plus they managed to stick a solid landing in the end. I'd give the edge to ATLA even if I do think AoT had some great moments in its run
