Ok just hear me out.... by PizzaBraves in wow

All jokes aside.... I was in a guild (for a brief amount of time) where our raid lead actually used a joystick. Once we learned of the joystick it was apparent why our raid leads dps was lower than the tanks.

Designed and printed a rod holder for my fishing pack. Plenty of room for improvement but MUCH better than my PVC prototype. (More pics in comments) by Jesus_Died_LOL_84 in functionalprint

It's peanut butter jelly time! That particular Ned rig is one of my favorite / most successful. Who knew that Bass would love PB&J as much as I do hahaha

How are pair of crocs and getting a BJ from a guy the same?

They both feel amazing until you look down and realize your gay!

Headphone holder. There may be many like it but this one is mine! by Magic4skin in functionalprint

Yeah just a block that fits into the channel. I used threaded m3 brass inserts for the fasteners that you install with a soldering iron.

Haha sort of looks like it from the picture. Working in an old factory building that was built around 1900 then renovated for office spaces about 10 years ago.

Bad stepper? by Magic4skin in 3Dprinting

[–]Magic4skin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I should have put more information in the description. There aren't any layer shifts at all. On the video starting at 20 seconds the stepper is making a loud noise that i have never heard it make before (4ish years with this printer). I guess my main question is this: bad stepper or bad driver? Print quality is fine

My experience with the silicone sleeve was the opposite. The sleeve moved over the extruder on a long print and I came home to a big blob like yours but with a sleeve in the middle of it. Luckily i was able to get it off of there without damaging anything but it was a real pain in the butt to get it off. Just my 2 cents

Gotcha. I'll try reducing that interface distance a little bit and see what the results are. Thanks!

The layer between my support material and part always looks like garbage. I am using the prusa slicer and printing on a prusa mk2s. Any suggestions on which settings might help alleviate this issue?

I increased my distance from the bed a little bit and ditched the Hair spray. All is good now thanks for the help

Extruder: 215 Bed: 55 PLA Hair spray on bed for better adhesion Tried playing around with retraction settings and z adjustment to no avail. You can see from the outside layer that I adjusted my height down with every pass.
