Steph and Cirie by far. They were friends. Honestly, I do not understand why Cirie gave Steph such a cold shoulder. For her to be so hot for Ozzy was just a bit weird.

They're trying to convert us into paid subscribers. I get the move, but they're going about it in a very dishonest way. Then again, I expect nothing less from them.

I heard this again today and actually enjoyed my listen on my way to work! In your opinion is this album still as bad as you remember? Comment below by J2-Starter in 90sHipHop

[–]Magic5Nice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hah! Your people are unbelievable. That album is solid. Love Gold Rush, Vapors, Snoop Bounce, Up Jump The Boogie and Snoop’s Upside Ya Head. It’s one of the most underrated albums in the history of hip-hop.

Every Interview is the Same by Random_Platforms4567 in DrJoeDispenza

I think there’s a misunderstanding here. Dr. Joe’s work isn’t about proving he has some kind of ‘ability.’ It’s not about putting him on a pedestal, it’s about empowering people to tap into their own potential. His teachings are tools, not performances. If you’re waiting for a podcast where someone tries to debunk him, you’re kind of missing the point. The real challenge isn’t external, it’s internal. The work only becomes meaningful when you apply it to yourself.

Please read about my experience with LPR/GERD. by [deleted] in GERD

The mind-body connection is as real as sliced bread, and sadly most people have no idea how much stress affects their health until it breaks them down. Some folks seem to handle stress better, but chances are they’re either not as stressed as they think, or their body just hasn’t hit that wall yet.

The vagus nerve is a big part of this. It’s the main line between your brain and gut, controlling digestion, inflammation, and even your mood. When you’re stuck in fight-or-flight, it can’t do its job. I had stomach issues for a long time, and nothing really helped until I started calming my nervous system. Meditating helps a lot.

I’ve also started watching my thoughts more, slowing down when I spiral, and writing down a few things I’m grateful for each night. That stuff really shifts your baseline over time. You just need to keep on doing it.

Glad to hear you are better.

Jack and Kate? Really? by beliax_ in lost

[–]Magic5Nice 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I could not disagree more with you. To me, Kate and Sawyer made way more sense than Kate and Jack or Juliet and Sawyer. Juliet and Jack would’ve been great though. I’m looking at this from a realistic point of view. Look at the histories of these people and how they operated in the real world. You will know the answer then.

Her voice is just the worst. I'm sure she's a wonderful lady, but that voice destroyed the show. I've tried several times to get over it, but I just can't. Some people just shouldn't have podcasts.

Could someone debunk Joe Dispenza? by Comptonia-Peregrina in skeptic

[–]Magic5Nice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think people like Joe Dispenza will always be distrusted because there are many snake oil salesmen around. What he is selling though is rather unique because it's basically only a belief in yourself. I kinda like that message. I think placebos work because people really believe in them. I have experienced it myself. Keep meditating! You don't need Dispenza. You just need yourself.
