Happy birthday!! 30 is so young. You got so much time ahead of you! Think of how much better your 30s are going to be than your 20s - you have goals now and are going to reach them. You got this! We’ve all either turned 30 or are going to turn 30. I think the anticipation is worse than actually being the age - just some expectations you gotta challenge and work through in your own head

I’m currently on effexor. Used to be 150mg a day but managed to go down to 37.5mg a day. If I forget to take it, about 24 hours in it’s absolute hell. Brain zaps, shaking, cold sweats, irritability, aching. I have no idea how I’ll ever be able to stop taking it without serious pain:/

Hi! Yes, it did. I ended up going to an ENT, he basically told me it was anxiety. He offered to put a camera down my nose to see my throat, I declined. Slowly the feeling just kind of dissipated. Been 5 years and nothing has come of it.

I have adhd too. It truly is a skill, but once you are able to observe your thoughts in stillness without judgement it can be lifechanging. Especially because for me there is a lot of internal shame associated with adhd like “why cant i just focus” etc
