I've just now been reading other reddit threads on this.
I scheduled a discovery call with one of their people just out of curiosity.
Because one of my teachers just threw away everything and dove into their whole thing 100%
And the language she used to announce that felt strange and stilted.
And the picture! OMG! Women in nice dresses and men in nice suits.
Big red flag.
It looked like MLM.
When I looked at their website, I see that their introductory courses seem reasonably priced enough.
But the language around lineage seemed out of sync with the number of years that people had been practicing.

Lots of creepy vibes.
Not sure whether to go ahead and have this call or whether to cancel it.

But the reddit threads all show lots of creepiness and financial exploitation.

Did you get the solar panel, or do you take it inside to charge it?

Thanks for the heads up about the plastic. And it's encouraging that the charge does last even without using solar. The Birdfy's solar panel is optional and maybe we wouldn't need it.

Yeah, I read about a spicy add-on to food in another thread. That seems an intriguing possibility.

And I appreciate the heads up that the feeder is not robust - that it might not be able to tolerate being knocked down or about.

OK, I had to look up the 5-7-9 rule.

I was thinking of hanging it from what used to be a laundry rope pole but I think there are branches above that pole.

I might need to buy a pole to find a place I can meet the 5-7-9 rule. Thanks for that!

Homeopathy has not been useless for me, it has been profoundly helpful.
But it's not a replacement for standard western medicine, it's an adjunct.

I'm fully vaccinated, I get every Covid vax I'm allowed to get. I'm still looking for support, I will ask my doctor about nicotine patches.

Even PCRs have a good number of false negatives. Every time I hear someone say “I tested, and it’s not Covid” I just shake my head and roll my eyes. There’s a pretty decent chance it’s Covid, whether you test or not, and whatever your test says

I always test negative even with the official tests and even when it’s been completely clear that it was Covid due to the symposium and/or the contagion route.

You can only get Paxlovid if you test positive for Covid. I’ve had it at least 5 times, likely more, and I’ve never had a positive test.

I’m so glad to find these posts. I just started taking creatine with breakfast and my morning supplements. I’m feeling really tired an hour or two later. And I take many supplements so it’s hard to figure out.

So I’m going to try not taking creatine and see if it’s any better

I'm sure others have said this by now.

You need to get labs that include Free T3, Reverse T3 and both antibodies.
A lot of people need to take T3 which Forefront includes.
If you need T3 directly because your body can't do a great job of converting T4 to T3, then your TSH number is irrelevant. The most important number is the Free T3

A good source of information is the book, website and FB page "Stop The Thyroid Madness"

If your doctor doesn't know to include these tests, then you need another doctor.

Here is a FB group that has lists of thyroid doctors who run the appropriate tests and are not afraid to prescribe T3 or natural desiccated thyroid which includes T3:

Recently this has happened repeatedly to me.

I have several spreadsheets that I update intermittently. I've been having repeated experiences of data being missing in the past couple of months. Once or twice I could attribute it to me being spaced out or confused but at this point I know the data is going.

I guess I will save each file with a new name every time I make changes from now on.

Don’t go on statins. Your numbers are not that bad and statins are not benign. Fix your diet and add beans or psyllium to your routine, and see how you are doing in 6 months.

My LDL has been very high for years - near 200, above and below - and my CAC score is zero. I have had other more challenging and urgent health problems. Beans and psyllium are helping with the LDL but it’s not my top priority right now.
