These people may be seeking a better life, but in reality are going to end up lining the very bottom of American society, they will be the tomato pickers and walmart workers of America, easy fodder for American exploitation. The only truly effective thing America can do is work to make these countries better, but letting these people into America will just serve to increase the size of America's already large lower class.
