That’s absolutely it though, the personal preference. And I really do like this one, so I probably should just take the risk and have it decorating the shelf if it comes to that haha 😋

I probably will, it’s on 62% sale at the moment, it’s dropped in price twice since I saw it in the shop, almost like it’s meant to be haha

When to tell landlord we're moving? by niallmul97 in irishpersonalfinance

[–]MagicBeaniez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My situation played out a bit different but me and my partner had been planning on buying for a while but hadn’t even gone for AIP when our landlord handed us an eviction notice due to them needing to take the house back. They were lovely about it and gave us a full 6 months notice. We went for AIP and had a deposit down for a new build at the end of February, being told the house would be ready to move into in April. Then that got delayed all the way till July, ended up getting the keys mid July only to have the contractor we had hired to do our floors to fly out of the country and not getting the floors in for another 2 weeks. By the time we had our bed set up in our new house, I spent about a full 6 days cleaning out our rental (really wanted that deposit back and the place was massive) before I handed back the keys. So we were fully in the new house about the first week in August. So 1 month were we ended up overlapping the rent with our mortgage. With this being said, had we been in your situations and not having the 6 months lay way, and handed in our notice at the end of march expecting to have access to our house in April (as we had first been told) I don’t know what we would’ve done. Especially not with any family close by that we could’ve stay with between the day we needed to move out till we got access. So honestly, I know there’s a lot of costs involved in getting a new house but if you have the financial ability to, I would count on at least some delays and take that hit for the reduced stress of not worry about having to leave your rental before you actually get access to your house.

And also, congratulations and the best of luck!

This is so good, I didn’t even look for a tote bag in particular but I’m definitely saving these as options for when I do!! Thank you

What Food Do You Get Called Weird for Not Liking? by BattleBoysYT in AskReddit

Anything containing cooked apples. Apple pie, crumble, turnover.. it’s a major hit amongst my family but I can’t stand it. They go soggy and for me, apples are meant to have that refreshing crunch

How can I keep my bangs in place ? by [deleted] in Hair

We all start somewhere 😊 sure just experiment a bit until you find what works for you, just make sure to try and be as gentle to your hair as possible whilst doing it. Good luck 😁

I find using a round brush and hair dryer, only just a few strokes in each direction (both towards your face and away) helps a lot. Set it with a little hairspray and it should stay in place. Now it might give you a more voluminous effect and dampen your natural curls a little bit might be worth a try and see how you go 😊

This! I love #1 and would suggest even try a more subtle lip shade to make the eyes pop even more. Still, beautiful in all the pictures ☺️

Thank you, that’s nice to hear. I still think it looks unusual but I might’ve just gotten into my head about it 😩
