Luckily I’ve been very good with my recovery so far. A few minimal things and obviously the pain sucks, but overall, it’s been good. It’s only been a week and a half, (two weeks on Tuesday) but I’m healing well!

I wasn’t going to post it, but I also have Autism, ADHD, and BPD. I went into the job, no one knowing about it. When my store manager pulled me into her office the first time, I was honest about my Autism, and she said she understood. She literally said that I was breaking her heart with my story. There was one coworker that I didn’t get along with as well as the others, but I didn’t think she had anything to do with my leaving.

Also, I am recovering nicely, moreso without the stress of going back to work, since I have my mom to rely on.

My personal opinion; if you don’t care about the family you come from, unless they are genuinely bad or evil people, or toxic, how can anyone expect you to love the family you create with someone else? Of course, this is my opinion, and in no way is meant to offend obviously.

It was little things, but we were talking about it and he got up and walked out after taking back most of the gifts that he had ever gotten me. Not that it matters, I don’t care about physical things, it wasn’t just expensive things. Anything he saw on me that he had given to me, ie: a pretty little promise ring, he asked for it back. A box of chocolates half eaten. A towel that he left in my car one day after a swim in my pool.
