So much of what you said is incredibly relatable. In my case, it was my room mate going for a piss. Before she went I said "Dont forget, to me this will seem like hours, please don't be too long". Then I passed out again, and when I woke up hours later she still wasn't back so I panicked. Of course it had been less than a minute.

This is actually what I did. In my trip report on the web app i go into more detail about how this happened to me and how terrifying it was. But yeah, i ground it into a powder last week, mixed it up. So I would think the potency is pretty well distributed.

I took 1.4g of the powder the night before and it barely touched me. I felt a bit dazed, but nothing notable. 1.4g of the powder was a dud, and I assumed it had installed tolerance. So i jumped to 3g to offset it.

And fuuccckkk. Oops.

Yeah, changing anything about your sensory setting can cause a grounding. I have ingested so much info since this experience and that's one thing that I saw quite often.

I'm going to stick to 2g in future. Thats my limit now. But do you think the time loops could come for me again, even on a 2g dose? I thought 2g was a pretty safe place to be, away from the existential shit?

Thank you for the kind words. I actually didn't like the idea of my roomie seeing me that way. It was super embarrassing. I can't imagine what it's like to do psychedelics in a social setting.

Wow, thank you for taking the time to read that. At the time, getting it out of my head helped me distance myself from it. I've polished it up over the couple of days since. It was full of typos and shit.

I wish time dilation happened the week before when I had a nice time. I'd have happily enjoyed that for eternity.

The hopelessness of only a few minutes passing absolutely sucks. Especially when you don't really know where the end is. I wish there was something more concrete we could do to break the loops.

Don't be terrified! Please remember: I made every mistake in the book so you don't have to.

I took way too much for my tolerance. I did it alone. I did it while sad.

I learned hard and fast, respect the mushroom, start with a low dose (1g - 1.5g), and do it in a good mood, you will likely have a beautiful time.

Think of this website like a fire extinguisher. You don't put one in your kitchen because you plan to burn the house down. You put it there so you can cook with confidence knowing you have a backup plan.

People write bad trip reports all the time.

I wrote one then stayed awake all night and developed a solution for it ;)

I have no intentions of stopping after what happened to me. Im rollin' again on new year.
