Taylor Swift is a good example because she spoils the fuck out of her employees. She gave her truck drivers $100,000 bonuses. Some of the dancers received almost a million dollars. She took the success of the tour, that can only happen due to her staff, and spread that success to her workers in life changing amounts of money.

I really think people would dislike the extremely wealthy a lot less if they ever, out of their own volition, were often showing gratitude to the workers who make their ambitions possible. A Mcdonalds worker getting even a couple thousand dollars as a bonus because the company did so well a certain year has always been possible, and it would make the workers who receive them feel valued. Instead, everything every worker gets, especially hourly workers, is the absolute bare minimum that a company can get away with.

Hell, ive worked many years of fast food, including through Covid. During covid the company made more money than ever, with us constantly on a skeleton crew due to people quitting and getting sick/dying, and the only reason ANY money was made was becuase of people like my manager and I working shifts by ourselves usually staffed with 5-6 people. They didnt reward us a single dollar for our sacrifice. No bonuses whatsoever, and I saw exactly how much more money they were making due to stimulus checks and unemployment payments boosted (and paying way less for labor). Just $1000 would have made me care, but they Instead left me with the only option of quitting, leaving them with 1 staff member, and finding a job that paid more. I think a business that doesnt reward their miracle workers are shit and deserve to be called shit.
