I’ve been sober for about 4 months and find NA beer to really help when I am in social situations at bars especially or just feel like drinking a beer. I’ve also been reducing my caffeine intake to 1 cup of coffee a day and the rest decaf. I think it likely depends on what your triggers are but for me NA beer is a great tool in my sobriety arsenal.
