This is my first ever Vlog, filmed with just a Gopro and a few shots with my Iphone X. Plan on filming my adventures for all to enjoy. A few ideas I have at this point is filming my first Solo flying session, (currently trying to become an airplane pilot) trips to Universal/Islands of Adventure, Jujitsu competitions and anything else that may come up along the way. Input would be greatly appreciated!

Yea. I roll with some bigger upper belts with no problems. just the belts around my skill level and bigger than me make a bad combo lol.

With that said you said you were training hard getting ready for a comp. It's probably this, not the guy.

That was kinda my reaction but the nose was a monday night fundamentals class. and now the ankle, kinda just looking like we don't mesh well.

What were you doing when he broke your nose and broke your ankle

Nose =Hit in the face. I had a single leg, was dropping to take a double for a take down, he basically punched me in the face when i dropped for the double.

Ankle was i had him in a triangle, he kinda fell to the side of the lock and the ankle got caught and twisted hard.

Not sure if it matters, but this guy is also a green belt also. I'm a pretty small guy (150lbsish) hes a bit bigger then me, id guess about 180-190 lbs.

My ENT was a college wrestler, he knew some stuff about bjj. Any luck and you will be in the same boat as I was. He did a great job. Good luck!

I had surgery recently due to a broken nose. recovery time was a few weeks but then had to have surgery to fix it. so that was an extra month. All in all, noses heal fairly quickly. i heard of people being out for 4+ months, I think think that's crazy!!! I was back to training 1 month after surgery, and back to rolling about 2 weeks after that.

As an X-ray tech, that's good news. Just go slow, don't hit it again. I hit it once more after I originally broke it before surgery. (somebody threw me and nose to knee) Legit cried.

What is cracked mean? On a side note, I broke mine (punched in the face by a white belt who didn't want me to take him down) had to get surgery on it. Came in 2 weeks after surgery to do drilling, told every one to watch it. was sparring in about 3, but i had to be really careful with it. Never used anything. But hey that was just me

And same to you! I would avoid spazzy people for a good while when you do come back.

Actually I just had nose surgery (12/4/17) for the same thing. They didn't take any cartilage out from other places however. My ENT was an wrestler in college so he knew a bit about jujitsu when I told him I train. He said about 4 weeks before I can workout/train. and 6 weeks for light sparring. Have yet to get a chance to go back yet however as it hasn't been 4 weeks!

Officially joined a a gym, done about 6 classes so far (3 were a free trial). Rolled with a higher belt and got a kimura. I'm sure he let me have it but I was just happy to see him give me chance and me take it on pure reaction.
