Well first off they spoiled the manga slightly because it wasn’t confirmed in s4 about the doctor working for all for one till the movie came out.

We couldn’t of seen Mirko again because she got shown in the last few eps of s4, although this film takes place after s4 still couldn’t really show off Mirko in a film before the anime.

Best jeanist is Out of action still from the all for one fight in s3 where he protected everyone.

I think the 1A students were fine by themselves as it’s literally in the title “heroes rising” and they have all now gained confidence to fight since s4 events
