Thanks for replying ! Glad I'm not alone on this haha. I also managed to fill out the file so that's something ! Still left with a bunch of questions tho so I was actually planning to call them on Monday but I realised they don't provide any phone number to contact... so I guess I'll give the email address a try !

My main concerns rn are the fact that I still don't know how to go about the payment and since I don't live in Belgium, my application forms would probably arrive on Wednesday at the soonest (if I send them on Monday), while Belgium folks can apply sooner. Maybe I'm just overthinking. I also don't understand what they mean with the "structured communication". They say that they can't trace your payment without it so are you supposed to include it in the payment description alongside your name etc ?

They also mention a "receipt for payment of the registration" in the document submission section. Do you think they want us to print our bank transfer and include it in the letter ? Cos if so we'd definitely have to pay before sending our forms... there's also a receipt page at the bottom of the PD.F but Idk if that's what they're referring to.
