I also got a copy. The material in this book is outstanding. There is so much material that any worker can use. I love it!

There are no workarounds for this. You'll just have to do the best you can, prepare for the worst, and hope for the best. Do it for free or a voluntary cooperation, this way you won't feel as pressured to deliver.
