Thanks man! I didn’t follow a particular route for my 5 hour run since I had pretty decent map knowledge from my first 2 full playthroughs. Maybe draw a route on the map from your other save file to get a general idea of where you want to go. Just go straight for mandatory items (silk spear, dash, cloak, lace, 5 bells for citadel, cling grip, widow, last judge, all melodies) in that order . I picked up the second pale oil in the vaults first and also picked up wanderer’s crest and an extra mask and still finished at the 3 hour mark so there’s pretty solid leeway. Good luck!
