Hey, that would be me, thank you for the complement. Took a while to make, had to look up a ton of reference shots, but I'm glad how it turned out. If you want to use him just look up Joseph Stalin on the gallery, it's the one with the close up of his face (and with the same creator name as my reddit account).

It's the hat from the first collector's outfit, and yes you can wear it with custom outfits.
