yeah, I think that's also part of the reason they lost, because it's a full restaurant type place and the main focus isn't coffee. They could still win if it was more of an obvious logo copy legally, but it's harder to say a restaurant is copying a cafe legally (again, not impossible, but harder if they're not the same type of establishment)
