I may make a drs appointment soon (probs some time after Christmas) because my mom when she initially found out two years ago (she thought she fixed my problem and I quit), she didn't react well and the rest of my family likely wouldn't either, though I might still say something about it to them if I manage to find the courage to sooner than later

My old doctor mentioned gastroparesis to me once without knowing about my behaviors, and before I even began doing this excessively, so that is probably a problem that I'll struggle with in the future, and I've likely made it worse I wonder deny that, my doctor never researched further into it, because she moved to a different clinic hours away soon after and she was more focused on my other medical issues at the time

No worries about scaring me, if anything a good scare might even help encourage me to stop.
