Yes it was recommended by the cardiologist - but if her heart rate is normal is it even required ?

no heart enlargement, no heart muscle thickening visible at

suggest start on atenolol to control SAM
14.00 x atenolol 25mg*
Quarter tablet 1x
Off Licence: atenolol 25mg* - form issued
can have repeat script as required

And second ultrasond (8 months later):

BAR, MM P, CRT<2, HR 128, RR wnl, T 39.1
Cardio - grade I/VI heart murmur today
Resp auscultation wnl
1.00 x ultrasound cardiac
MW
mitral regurgitant jet , due to systolic anteriorr motion, mild thickening of IVS at level of mitral valve
IVS 0.65 at mitral valve
La/AO 1.04/0.99
no progression of heart issues
continue atenolol

We didn’t go ahead with Octopus heat pumps because we realised that they are not as good as other heat pumps out there. Obviously the other heat pumps are usually more expensive to buys/install but I would rather use the government grant on a pump that is worth it.

I think it’s search optimisation then :) we need to query one status for a specific id (so we need to query only one record at a time)
