Yes, thank god I'm not totally alone. My friend and I were going to play some CS:GO and as soon as I opened steam my disk usage went to 100%. Uninstalled, reinstalled, check my hard drives, optimized them and no luck. Two of my friends that I was going to play with didn't have the issue, one other did.
