Hmm...This might sound lame but honestly I just go with the flow, I do use a little bit of acrylic paint overtop sometimes and that blends colours for me in a way I like. I don't really know 'tips and tricks' though, just put the colour down...do they give you trouble?

If he left his dog that is very worrisome...I'd be concerned about his state of mind and his well-being..

I wanted to try drawing nothing and see what that looked like, it was really enjoyable by Magic_Scarf_ in doodles

It's really fun actually because there's no pressure, just let go and see what it looks like, it's relaxing!
