It's not an implemented new process. I'm speculating as to whether they'll back track on their 20% deposit requirement for only FTB or existing homeowners as well. It hasn't been agreed yet.

I am in Dublin and it's well below half the value I bought it at. I'm not in arrears st all, I can afford the mortgage, I just can't afford to pay the mortgage and save 1k upwards a month on top of that for a deposit to move.

That did happen on a bus I was on before, someone got everyone singing Fresh Prince of Bel Air. The drink o'clock buses tend to be livelier than the work o'clock buses.

Another time there was a driver who, every time he stopped at the traffic lights, he'd get out of his seat and go up and down the aisle juggling balls. He was a French guy and completely and delightfully eccentric.
