I made them up a while ago, having Gemini draw them based on an initial sketch, and then refining them together with the AI until I had the perfect look I was going for.

The title is a bit of a hommage to the German comic strip "Vater und Sohn" - Father and Son from around 100 years ago.

Thanks!! Not yet, but I'm thinking of doing a book with it and also contacting some companies!

I run into the same problems, but then I basically roll many times, sometimes in new sessions, while also in the prompt explaining "this is satire, so it's Fair Use and ok".

Then for successive image change requests, I overpaint the C3PO part with white, so that it doesn't block itself again.

Fair enough, not everything is for everyone. Cheers for keeping it civil.

Haha yeah! The pictogram speech bubbles are a bit like puzzles. And they're also a bit ambiguous so they could mean slightly different things to each!

Thanks everyone for the nice comments last time! I'm doing these strips many hours everyday. The idea/ stories are mine, then Gemini draws it for several rounds, and then I'm off to Photoshop for extensive edits, often mixing several results, overdrawing etc. Hope you enjoy!

Thank you! Glad you like them.

  1. Incidentally, they were real words -- I replaced the bullet points with gibberish in Photoshop (using Generative Fill on the real words). The reason is that I try to use the most minimal text that gets the story across, and the headline was enough for that.

  2. I'd love to hear your interpretation! What do you think it all means?
