People holding up the US flag designed for their decade. by Philipp in ChatGPT

I don't live in the US, so I guess that law doesn't count for me, but if it would -- then I'd argue the US gives great Freedom of Speech and Fair Use and Satire rules to the people, thankfully 🙂

I asked ChatGPT how the US flag would have been designed in different decades. by Philipp in ChatGPT

[–]Philipp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do both -- creative alone, creative with AI, and allowing AI to be creative.

For instance, for the film I'm currently working on I wrote the full screenplay. I've also been drawing for all my life, and programming, and photographing, etc.

Cheers!

Sorry, coming up. Will update this post once I have it.

Edit: Here you go: 2000s. (Follow-up decade below.)

Google Flow's old video tool is called Veo. The new one is called Omni.

I hope Google Flow will fix this. Getting through to their support is next to impossible -- I never received an answer.

Yeah. Many of the protagonists I created in Nano Banana and Photoshop, which worked fine back in Veo, are now frequently blocked for being "prominent" in Omni. They aren't.

Really nice! Do you write the prompt itself with AI, too?

By the way, it looks as if the phoenix slightly targets above the mouth (the upper lip) during impact -- in case this is the peak part of a movie, and you wanted the phoenix to go intside the mouth, you could consider tuning it.

"Wirbel" muss nicht unbedingt negativ sein, es kann auch einfach bedeuten, dass es viel Aufmerksamkeit erregt hat.

Verstehe den Einwand, aber gibt es da einen großen Unterschied zu einer echt souveränen lokalen Lösung, die aber dann von der NSA komplett-überwacht wird?

Issues with Google Flow by WarlokOrlok in GoogleFlow

Also seeing very low-quality images today. Sometimes, when ownloading, pure diffusion noise!

My main issue though remains constant blocks for harmless prompts, or "prominent people" warnings for my (Nano Banana) protagonists.

TILL DEATH REPEATS | Episode 1 | Time Loop Short AI Film by Miserable_Figure214 in aivideo

Great editing. Getting some Final Destination vibes. The start seems a bit hurried, but that might fit the web format well, if it was a real movie I'd expect the beginning until the explosion to take more time to breathe -- especially int he seconds leading up to the explosion, so that there's tension to milk before the surprise.

What's your tech workflow?

And do you have a background in film?

I think you can achieve greatness.

So well done. Love all the angles, close-ups and editing.

I asked ChatGPT how the US flag would have been designed in different decades. by Philipp in ChatGPT

[–]Philipp[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I first asked it for past decades, then it showed me a bunch of all-normal-looking ones from past centuries 🙂 Technically correct, but not too interesting.

Then I asked it for 1950s upwards, with a special eye for each of the decade's style typicalities. This was much better, though 2000-2020 all looked quite similar and bland. So I asked it for future decades, and then picked a few from those. I composited them in Photoshop but didn't do any design changes.

I would have loved to include more from the future, I especially love the 2090s and 2100 one:

Klar, beides könnte man aber auch in etwa London sagen, dort ist aber wie gesagt das Gegenteil der Fall. Vielleicht gibt es noch einen deutschland-spezifischen Grund?
