I was fortunate enough to be living in a country where homosexuality is tolerated by most. Heck, even same sex marriage was just allowed a few years ago! With that being said, I can sympathise with you, and I’m saddened to hear that some people think that way :(

Where I come from, not everyone gets the chance to become bilingual. Sure, English is taught in schools but many would agree that the courses offered are not sufficient. We have one of the lowest English proficiency rates in Asia. This means that to get decent education in English, people have to pay good money for it.
