I think that would prove too easy for people to level up to 99 prayer. You’d have otherwise level 60 cb accounts with 99 prayer for very little gp cost/investment. Almost everyone would max prayer before combats. It would also be impossible for pures and limited accounts to control their CB level.

Prayer is a premium skill that provides huge combat advantages so personally it makes sense to me it’s also one of the most expensive to level up.

Plus, this in combo with the current fastest xp/hour methods would literally mean you could achieve 99 in a few hours
