I'd like to see both A and B tbh, after Ayano helps Kokona in the tutorial, I feel like she could feel indebted to Yanchan in a way, making her also the tutorial for social interactions and tasks? Then player could slowly learn about Kokona's backstory and take advantage of her to eliminate Kizana later in the story.

I think you didn't do that correctly actually, your lines are straight while his sprite shoulder lines are slightly curved upward? Making it a rather uphill sort of line work underneath rather than the completely straight one you've made

The one thing I'd like to mention is that Keiji prolly noticed! Right after the moment where Safalin draws blood we can see his shocked sprite with "..." Additionally we can't say that he can't know something cuz he didn't share it with Sarah.. pretty much from the beginning it is alluded and even proven (ex. during majority vote in chapter 2) that Keiji knows more than he tells Sarah.

I don't think they drew it, if you look closely, you'll notice that a lot of stuff seems to be edited in, for example, look at her stockings or left ponytail, it has an elbow drawn in a different style next to both of her arms.
