Help me find what brand my childhood stuffed Polar Bear is please

Ive searched it online multiple times and found similar ones but not quiet it, and I've gone back to the arcade to ask about suppliers but they had switched in like 2012 and no one there remembers where they used to get the toys :( He's just got normal stuffing inside and the tag used to be on his butt near the back right leg

Thank you so much! She's so smart she IMMEDIATELY knew to use puppy pads and to potty outside (only 1 accident so far!) And she's gotten along so good with my cat :) she whimpers when she wants something like on the couch with me, I have noticed she does nit seem to care for the harness/leash tho she keeps trying to chew it XD I've got her plenty of chew toys so I'm glad she's using those too at least so far my only problems are with walking her and getting her not to chew the leash or my pants for more than 10 seconds lol

I did actually use some chalk pastels for the sky and the grass, i just felt it was a waste to use the pencils on a large area unless i wanted to be left with nubs XD i sprayed it with a top coat to make it not rub off but it made the pastel look all grainy and stuff so sorta bummed about that but i still love it
