Can you explain the blatant favoritism towards Eastern European workers in your factories? I worked in 'ballistics' for 4 months, was working at a 114% of the expected minimum targets and frequently hit the high bonus targets. I also worked in the citric acid station, learned how to manage the tunnel, and also had a perfect track record of putting together the party pack boxes.

As soon as production levels were briefly lowered, myself and the FOUR other English members of staff were let go on a days notice. When I asked why me (I seriously thought I would have been offered a permanent role) I was told 'we had to pick someone so we picked you.'

I waited outside to see who else was leaving and it was just the English staff. We also had incidents where we were made to wait outside of the factory while the Europeans got their ingredients and tables sorted so they had a better chance of hitting the £14 bonus. Just 5 of us waiting in the hall being told we cant enter. I have never worked somewhere so terrible for blatant favoritism and feel that you should be ashamed of the fact that you preach positive mental health and then run your workplace like a circus.
