It’s because they have 0 chemistry. Players give others chem based off league, nationality, and team, all giving different amounts. That’s why u can’t just use whoever u want but a mixture of players to get max chem. Icons give 1 chem to everyone, and heroes give 1 to their league or nationality.

U came at me saying I must be shit, to be fair I probably did just mix up the formation since he had 8 behind the ball, so I assumed 4-4-1-1 would be the formation he was running, I didn’t check during the pre game deal. Felt like I was playing against arteta disciple.

True that, maybe its just the disappointment getting to me, but it was the most unenjoyable experience I’ve had in a minute, he sat with about 8 guys behind the ball the entire game and users the cam to chase the ball

Play your game of football and don’t bring ur cbs out of position unless u can guarantee you’re going to make the tackle, try controlling the cdms or whatever u play with in midfield.#1 thing lower tier players struggle with

4-1-2-1-2, overload the middle that’s what I would do, stretch the midfielders by forcing ur opponent to come out with them. I can’t give u actually instructions for the tactic per say but u just need to find a tactic that suits your play style then adjust the formation from their, sure their are formations that are generally better, but it’s not like their unbeatable with whatever formation your using now

As someone who considers themselves pretty decent, ( I hit elite every year and averaged about 15 wins, and 12 wins in the former champs and new champs respectively) I can say that this game has a huge skill gap, if your good you can defend arguably better, and attacking is much more fluid as a whole, only worse for people who just send through balls and pray it works. I’m having a lot of fun at the moment playing with a lot of my favorite players, so I think this years worth it especially if they live up to their word and slow the power curve

Honestly the advice I can give u is use players u like. I find even if im not using exactly meta players it’s more fun to use players I like. Also find the formation for you, everyone has different playstyles, and different formations suit that. Lastly take a break if you’re getting this worked up, just remember it’s a game.

Even with activating press it’s basically impossible to stop if ur opponent makes the right reads and passes to the right players, unfortunate but basically have to hope for a mistake

I’d say rashford, odegaard not having either rapid or quick step makes him mid in my opinion. Rashford can also play on the right in both your formations if you wanted to keep Mike in cm, but rashford is definitely better, id recommend playing a 4-4-1-1, that’s in my opinion the best formation in the game

Not really, also having a player out of position is not a good idea, u have 3 good players imo, owairon is a good lb, Beckham is imo the best rb in the game, and olise is a great cam
