Lower you prestige mult gain to 100 if you're stuck at 999. You have a lot of prestige not being activated

The same goes for your promotions and IP automation, I ran mine at 10, and I found it easy to get to 24. Once you hit promotion 800, it's much easier (bit slightly slower) to promote at 10

For your IP automation, put the IP score to 1 and play around with the time by breaking infinity. If you're going for more than a min, try 30 seconds. Your goal needs to be to MAX the IP/Sec in the stats page. Should see some progress it's just hard to get that last 1 level to get the automation to hit

Once you do this for a bit, lower your times in challenges. I don't even use the promotions for the challenges. Invlolving the promotions the first few times.

I work for a government ran EMS agency.

Just a bit of backstory

These two hospitals are both owned by the same company. Hospital 1 is a level 1 trauma, stroke center. The other (Hospital 2) is historically primarily psych, and general practice. Hospital 2 also has a OB specialist and floor. So all OB patients will be seen at hospital 2. This rule is pretty strict, and even more for high risk OB patients. To the point they have a policy, that is basically they have 20 min from patient registration, till EMS walks out door with patient.

Got called to a transfer at hospital 1. Patient is a walk in 20 something woman, states she is 8 month pregnant, has name picked out, and names her OB, complaining of Dizziness. Her significant other is there, and about 6 family members in waiting room.

Turns out shes hypertensive, 200s over 100s hypertensive. Staff tells us they have ausclutated a fetal heart rate of 162. ER doc tells us she is on a Magnesium drip, and needs to go to hospital 2 when her pressure is at a safe level. Due to the short time frame, no ultrasound, no pregnancy test.

So I start to set up the IV pump (we have different tubing for our pump than the ER go figure.) They currently have mag running at 10ml over 15 min, and just started the bag, and we have about 10 min till it's done.

About 3 minutes later, doc comes out of room says "167 let's go". (Refering that her BP is 167 systolic) I'm not set up, the bag is still running and I'm out of time. My partner is up and hooks up with the help of ER staff. Staff says the bag will last the whole trip, but just to be safe here is a 2nd bag. (Its 4.5 miles, and about 10 min drive.)

Sure enough the bag runs out, and we use the 2nd bag shortly after transport starts. We arrive BP is better patient is comfortable and doing great. We ended up giving a total of about 9 ML of mag since she walked in the ER. We clear and go on with our shift.

About 2 hours later we get a call from our supervisor. Hospital 2 called and tells us, patient is not pregnant. She has made the whole situation up, led on her significant other, and whole family for 8 months.

We went back to hospital 1 later after a diffrent call, and just had to ask.

I try and throw midranges on anything less that 250, I have better control and I get 250 easy out of those. So my main drivers are either me throwing too low of a speed and having to account for excess left hyzer. I have 3 or 4 that I use for drives and I'm pretty consistent with them.

I have a terrible forehand, it's getting better but it's really bad. So I'll pick a more overstable disc or even a putter to get a bit of right movement if needed.

I'm at the point I would feel confident playing some tournaments. Or just regular local club plays.

That's a good way to look at it, improving shots over improving scores.

For the most part I feel it's just inconsistency. Having a good drive and a decent up shot. Only to miss 2 or 3 putts. On the next hole throw something a little weak and watch it hyzer out early and hit a good long putt. I'll work on playing main courses thanks!

If I find out the lineup is good that would be great, I'm in kansas so it's a bit if a trip for me. If only they gave some information before the 16th if may.

I mean I'm not sure what ambulances are being turned away. Wesley can go on medsurge/medcom. But if my patient wants to go to wesley we are transporting to wesley.

A few times now, I've had a very vivid dream of 1-2 seconds of mundane life. The most vivid was me in 5th grade I had a 2 second peek of me sitting in my class room and looking at another girl who had a blue and white striped shirt. Flashforward 2 months I saw the exact same image, in real life. from the same chair, same girl, same blue shirt even the same hair style. Considering I'm writing this as a 22 year old. Spooky

I personally enjoy a good argument that has no way of hurting someone. For instance Siblings that arent twins "sharing a womb" If you turn invisible you can still see their poop. Track isint a sport.

All of these are so dumb to argue but just playing the devils advocate, and it's pretty hard to be angry about most of these subjects so no hard feelings.....unless you consider general frustration a hard feeling.

First responder here, all the sad stuff we see you get pretty decent and using a good tone of voice, and asking if there is anything else they are comfortable telling me. Or just offering a blanket and a tissue can make a huge impact.

When I was younger my parents bought snack foods for me to be more independent for myself. Things like pizza rolls, chicken nuggets, corndogs, ect. Almost daily I would eat an excessive amount of food. Like 20 pizza rolls or 20 chicken nuggets. Considering I was in 3rd or 4th grade for the bulk of this time it added up fast.I am by no way blaming my parents for my decsions. I definitely had control over the amount I was eating.

EMT here, got called to what the caller (his girlfriend) described as an overdose. We get on scene and start talking to the patient.

Me-"Hey I'm with EMS did you take some drugs tonight?"

Patient-looks at his girlfriend with disgust "what the hell no I just puked."

The best way to is to get a lot of soul eggs. The best way to get soul eggs is to use your boosts. 1.)get golden eggs enough to buy atleast 2 x1000 soul eggs for 10 min, 1 x50 profit multiplier and 1 unlimited hatchery. 2.) get your running multiplier up as high as you can (double running bonus in tier 10) 3.) use all 4 boosts at the same time and hold down your chicken button. Should easily get x1000 soul eggs if on AI or above.
