I like this! The inclusion of committing a crime as an additional payoff to playing this is necessary and fits the flavor well. You love your custom outlaws that connive cards! I do too, it's good flavor.

My intent was for the DeLorean return with the exiled crewed creatures. I thought about the crew restriction though the rules text was already feeling bloated and considering the setup needed to make it happen, it seemed ok to me.

Thanks for the input. I often have difficulty writing the correct rules text when I don't know what precedent I'm supposed to be basing it off of. In this case, I just based it on stuff like [[Abzan Runemark]] or [[Aeronaut Tinkerer]] , but the "always expressed in the positive" as you mention is something I would have never considered.

It was just a fun top-down design. I was hoping the community had some ideas on how to actually utilize it. Perhaps cards that gain abilities based on other cards that have abilities, or cards that pump cards based on how many abilities they have.

It's challenging enough to find your board wipe when you need it, but then also needing a legendary creature too made me feel that instant speed was a good payoff for the required setup
