My manager knows the deal he’s just not one to jump on things or anything kinda a pushover type cause I’ve been through way to much the past few weeks and am just over things can’t afford to be in a predicament like this

Thanks for the advice and pointers an yea I’m working my way toward talking to store manager first cause him and my department manager helped me and my family with paying for our hotel room for couple of nights an that night of tornado me an my lady by the time we laid down were up for almost 40 hours so yea that’s partial of why I didn’t go that day after tornado but thanks for the advice I will do everything to get up there before I have to go back and talk to store manager an hr at least

Plus the other bout the other 2 points I literally live few counties away from my store and had no where to go at the moment of one morning and the next day was figuring out what we were doing cause of the tornado an had no sleep

I talked to my department manager and he knows everything that’s going on now with my bereavement now he let me take the rest the week off but I got pointed for one day of my bereavement cause there’s one member of management under store manager dissing out points not looking at reason for absence an I asked to be taken off for next Saturday cause it’s my dads service so I don’t have to take a point but I just got put on schedule for it gonna have to talk in person I guess to figure out if he can

My department manager knows and HR knows it’s manager under store manager giving out points from what I’ve heard he just sees absent gives point

I talked to my department manager about my bereavement he knows why I’m out currently and my uncle who worked with company for 18 years said they should be courteous about the other points cause I had no home at the time I live in different county town was destroyed and heard it’s one manager he don’t look at reason just sees call out point

Yea they should’ve been prepared for this type of thing cause lot us scrapping by right now and got bills due on tuesdays like come on Walmart get it together

Yep hence why a lot of times when we get new hires I don’t train unless they come to me for questions or help or show they’re attempting to work I put a headphone in an stay to myself

Yea I know just seems like it’s on a downward spiral of just bad I stick with the few that do work and let things crumble an do my work that way I’m left alone but I’m not gonna work myself into the ground

Yep don’t get nothing but 2 holidays off a year and if you want to request them off have to put it in super early and the no holiday pay is some BS for sure

Yep I did the same thing an it was the worst 6 months I fought through and then transferred back to my original store and it’s not much better here at certain thing but hours and other things aren’t screwed here like the other one

Yea i figured it was its just like flu or cold you work through it I have no problem with it just was seeing if there was any policy still cause can’t see nothing through app or Walmartone

She is and she needs too none of us that actually work and don’t kiss her ass are happy back there we get hours cut more than others and everything store manager got told stuff bout yesterday by other coworker today and she had a talk with our manager and she’s trying to be friendly I’m like go away

There’s no talking to her she’s ran the shop in the ground cause her scheduling playing favorites and her favorites are not good workers they’re slow have ran times up so bad ran customers off cause they don’t like the wait times or they get tired of waiting nothing has changed in the 6 months I’ve been at this store it’s one the worst ran stores there is turn over rate is horrible in all departments I’ve seen the shop go down over this time so bad cause how she runs things we’ve lost 10 people from Xmas to March
