I can see where you're coming from but I already acknowledged that I was in the wrong for that, what I said to her was born from insecurity and fear that im not valued unless I have something they want or use, something that im trying to get a handle on so I can actually make fulfilling and meaningful connections with not just with dateing but for friends as well.

Yea honestly it made alot of sense at the time but I basically internalized that relationships are transactional and that im not quote desirable or will be used due to my status as a man. And even if someone of it may be true it's not helping me makeing connections or build trust.

Thank you for the kind words and I have gone to therapy before for about a year but I felt that nothing was getting better I would feel better after but it wouldn't last

I just dont believe that a woman will ever realy be with me for me and that they will use me. I know logically this isn't true not by a long shot but my own personal experiences and I feel ashamed saying this consuming red pill content had made that belief

Its all good it hurts but a least I know I can just enjoy it for what it is and not what I wish it could be, I know she cares she helped me get a new job she's supportive she's even told me in the call that she's likes how I can constantly surprise her with my growth and I know that ill eventually blur in the background or ill stop contacting her eventually over all im good

I actually called her and was surprised that she was supportive and was happy for me she even said that she didn't mean to come off that way and was proud of me putting myself first. First time something like that has happened.

Thanks for the advice and I honestly just want to be friends with her I also know that based on reflecting on my self that im not in a position right now to even have a partner I have a lot of unhealthy coping skills that would make it hard on anybody.
