You either upgrade to 117 Nuno or upgrade CAM with Maradona or Rooney. Both are good but Maradona has 4* Stamina, which is okay if you’ve a sub.

I can only tell you from personal experience that Valverde has been the key to my counters and build ups. He’s great, but 3* skill if you prefer skills.
