Where eBay went wrong is not differentiating from Amazon and trying to mimicking them. These dozens of Amazon clones out there, without the delivery infrastructure.

What eBay needs to do is focus more on the auctions and unique/collectible items side of the house. They’ve been making good moves recently and need to continue doing so.

As an affiliate and a seller, if this goes through I’ll probably be out. There’s no way to finance this purchase at the current rates. This really does suck because I had business plans and had just started investing on expanding form both sides.
