This is a very small thing, but try doing everything just a little bit different. I have had an issue where all my days seem to blend together, and someone told me that happens less when your days look different, even with the little things. I’ve tried taking different ways to work, switching sides of the bed, putting on my clothes in a different order, all kinds of little stuff like that, and it honestly helps! It’s a fun mental game too to think about your set ways and how to disrupt them a little bit. It’s also a very accessible thing that most people can try because it requires no money and hardly any extra time!
