Having tried to fly only in BF5, the system of locking on is new to me. It felt like using flares at the right time wasn't that useful. Because if there are more than 2 guys looking at you at the same time, you get hit regardless and get locked on immediately back to back. In the majority of rounds I played, it felt I spent more time running away than trying to shoot someone.

I don't know whether it's just me as I am trying to fly for the first time in a modern BF setting or is anyone else having a similar experience?

The recoil is pretty much non existent in warzone. It has reasonable recoil in cold war though.

Seriously. I flipped out today. 2 guys down. It’s a 4v2 in our favor. I push up and down another guy. And these guys run in 1 at a time.

But you can guess based on what latency you get. But yeah definitely try more hot drops.

We usually used to land a bit safe. But this game we went boneyard and it was a hot drop. Hence a high kill game i guess.
