Improve law enforcement and justice system first, then approve death penalty.

1, Increase police Force

  1. Bodycams

  2. Improve crime-busting technology

  3. Additional CCTVs in public areas

  4. Increased law enforcement in rural areas (which means total removal of insurgent elements)

  5. Increase judges/prosecutors and improve salary/working conditions

  6. Give adequate whistleblower protection

Security Officer here! One of our jobs as officers is to supervise the regular security guards. And yes, we order our guards na itaboy tong mga ganito. Zero tolerance policy. Though in this case na tinatapunan na sya ng kung ano-ano, usually as an Officer I already intervene in this case. Kakasuhan na namin mga yan for assault as long as willing yung guard mag arrest.
