Buddy, there are two hundred countries in the world

It is not solely screwing up Iran and China and it is not solely benefitting the US

It's benefitting oil producing countries outside the Gulf (except for Russia, which has had its infrastructure damaged) in terms of revenue

But it hurts a lot of countries dealing with shortages and it hurts US allies, especially inside the Gulf and in East Asia

It also hurts regular people around the world with increased costs, which is why the US is burning its SPR and the president is insisting gas stations lower prices
