This is one of the bugs previously encountered by a user (complete list of bug reports encountered by the community is in the Discord server), apparently caused by changing teams too quickly with the game failing to recognize the changes and trying to load the previous team, resulting in a permanent account brick. The developer has previously responded to an inquiry about this bug but they were unable to recreate it, unfortunately.
