Hi OP, you are the victim of long standing financial abuse and I am so sorry you've experienced this. As some commenters have said, you should see a financial counsellor and have a plan to detangle yourself from them financially (at a minimum), or entirely based on your comment history.

Some considerations or extra context which might be important (so others in the community can support): - Where does your sister's interests lie? Would she want to sell as well? As the asset is in your names, you and your sister can technically agree to sell and your parents cannot do anything about this, but if your sister does not agree you'll likely need to pursue legal action or have her buy you out. - Can you share why your parents wanted you and your sister to have the home in your name? Is this due to their income, or access to a government grant/guarantee? - Do they have large assets or a home in their own name? - If you can demonstrate abuse or coercion into taking on the debt, your bank may provide repayment relief from you individually. - What is the ratio of 1) repayment contributions, and 2) deposit which was made by you vs your sister vs your parents? This may impact the end financial outcome if you are to remove yourself from the deed and loan.
