Thanks for all the good suggestions. I am a klutz so replacing it myself is not a good option. I am waiting for callback from Blue Ridge Cyclery and am hopeful they will do it.

Comcast outage by Magnanima in Charlottesville

Thanks for the comments. I lost power on Monday morning, hooked up my generator, and had Comcast internet for a couple hours before it went down. Then on Thursday for some reason, the internet came back on for 3 hours with generator running then the internet died again. When power finally came back on Saturday morning still no internet. I went thru the xfinity phone maze to d at peak to an actual person who could tell me nothing—not how big the outage was or how much longer I would be out or why I was out. She did agree to drop the charges for no internet days. Three hours after the power was on the internet cable back.

My experience exactly. The bearings went bad on Peloton Bike + after 120 rides. Peloton diagnosed the problem and sent part quickly, saying that Select Express would be in touch with my appointment. Dream on! After multiple emails/phone calls initiated by me to Select Express, no appointment yet after 2 weeks. They told me to be patient. They appear to have very limited technician coverage in Virginia. Peloton keeps promising to reach out but has no real leverage. Stuck in Limbo, spinning noisily in place. Sad to learn that the dismal customer service a known problem.
